Confidentiality
PHD translation, Inc. frequently works with sensitive documents. At the beginning of a project we will sign a translation agreement
with the client which contains a confidentiality clause. No confidential or proprietary information will ever be released. If so requested, any original documents that are sent to us will be returned to the client. If requested, PHD provides a confidentiality agreement.
Regardless of confidentiality agreement, we consider the protection of clients' secrecy as vital as that in church ministers, lawyers, doctors or teachers.

Guarantee Insurance In case the total amount of translation fee is over 10 million won and the parties believe that it is necessary to prepare for any
unexpected incident, we buy performance guarantee insurance and liability insurance from Korea Guarantee Insurance and provide
the insurance policy to the client.
