Regular education
Execute education for staffs once a month regularly. Each session is focused on a specific part of translation process (translation,
proofreading, computer support, edition, etc.).

Translators/proofreaders: Second Saturday each month, 14:00 - 16:00
Computer technicians/editors: Third Saturday each month, 14:00 - 16:00

- Basic guidelines for translation and newly added contents including spelling rules, spacing and borrowed word notation.
- Cautions at each part of process
- Various methods and grammar for preventing possible errors in translation process
- Hardware and software related to products
- Principles and handling methods of various tools

- Contents newly added to the guidelines for translation and cases of translation errors
Irregular education (for projects):
Minimize errors and efforts to correct the errors and maximize translation quality by giving preliminary education for each project.

- Contents: Concepts and knowledge related to the corresponding project
Seminar on the project
Discuss terminology related to the project
External education (if necessary):
In case a client company requests translation after developing a new product, have all the members of the translation team including
translators and proofreaders take an education program provided by the client company or any specialized educational institution.
In addition, maintain smooth communication with the client company for client-centered translation.
