1. Accepting an Order
Usually manages counseling, estimation, work plan, schedule, etc. before accepting an order. |

2. Team Setup
Setups a translation team including people who have working experiences, knowledge, or
characteristics suitable to the content of the project. |

3. Orientation
Educates the outline and guidelines about the schedule, concrete work plan, and the rescheduled
project. |

4. Glossary Generation
Collects technical terms in the projects focusing on the UI (User Interface) terms and receives
feedback from the customer, and let translators be able to apply them coherently. In some projects,
the customer' approval may be received after collecting the terms during the project. In this case,
feedback about the term should be delivered rapidly to the translators and applied. |

5. Translation |

6. Proofreading and Editing
Conducted by dividing linguistic review (style, mistranslation, spelling, expression power, etc.) and
technical review (editing technical terms and contents, functional test, etc.). Completed by translator,
proofreader, and editor in charge examining it over in order to make the best quality the customer wants. |

7. Desk Top Publishing (DTP)
Particularly with regard to editing manuals and packages, all layouts are planned to be finished completely online before printing. |

8. Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance (QA) might be different in customer's evaluation method and the frequency
according to the projects and customers. Generally, it aims at maintaining the prominent product
quality and receiving the good reputation from customers, making active communication with customers
through continuous report and feedback by steps from term selection to DTP. |

9. Delivery
Deals with the complaints rapidly doing the best to the end if possible, as long as the original text of
the client is not changed. If the original text is not changed, no charge is imposed. |
