● Mileage Point Policy
1) Out of the transaction amount paid when joining the membership, 2.5% is accumulated as mileage points.
* Caution: Request for mileage point is accepted only for a week from the date of transaction. For each amount paid by customers for translation services, 2.5% of the amount is accumulated as mileage points. Before and after the payment of translation fee, please log on and leave a message for the payment. After logging on, adjust the number of units according to the amount of payment in the ‘Payment’ screen and click the ‘Order’ button. Then PHD will check the amount and add mileage points corresponding to the amount. If the mileage point is over 5,000 it can be used like cash.
2) In credit card payment, mileage point is accumulated only when the amount is over 100,000 won (2,000 points).

● How to use translation service and credit card
(We are sorry that we accept only Korean Credit Cards at the moment, so no foreign credit cards are acceptable due to our agency Paygate company's current system.)
Those who want to get translation service must join the member. This may cause some inconvenience but is for the customer’s safety and security in using credit cards. In addition, currently credit cards issued in foreign countries cannot be used.

● How to pay with a credit card
1) All customers who have joined the membership can use services after logging on.
2) To get a quotation for translation service, send PHD the document to be translated through the Internet or by email or fax. A quotation message will be sent as soon as possible by email or to the mobile phone.
3) On the site, select credit card payment for the corresponding unit price per page, change the number of pages to that in the quotation and click the “Calculate Again” button. Then the translation fee is displayed on the screen.
4) If the translation fee displayed on the screen is acceptable, click the “Order” button and move to the “Credit Card Payment” page.
5) In the payment page, the mileage point appears. The point is usable when it is over 5,000 points. Click the “Credit Card Payment” button and enter card information into the input fields.
6) Credit card approval is done by www.kcp.co.kr (a company invested jointly by BC card member banks in Korea) and no card information is kept in PHD except the kind of credit card (e.g. Kookmin Card, BC Card, etc.) and the approval number.

If an error happens in credit card payment, close all windows on your computer except the PHD website and try again.

● Credit Card Fraud WARNING!
PHD maintains a fully-staffed, aggressive anti-fraud program. We zealously report all cases of credit-card fraud to the appropriate authorities, and all such cases are vigorously prosecuted. If you reside in the United States and are not authorized to use the credit-card number provided, we will refer your case to the United States Secret Service. (Overseas cases are referred to Interpol). Under U.S. Law, each attempt to use a credit-card fraudulently may subject you to imprisonment of 10 years and a $10,000 fine.
